Late Payments

If your payment is more than 45 days late, you need to complete a Reinstatement Form. If for any reason your reinstatement is declined, your payment will be refunded to you.

The payment form on this website shows the amount of premium currently due. If you choose to pay more than is owed, please email us with an explanation for the additional funds.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are issued 15-20 business days after receiving the request to cancel. Cancellation of an insurance policy must be done in writing, and signed by the insured/owner of the policy. Please see your policy for specific details.

You can find your Payor ID on your Premium Statement. It starts with the letter "P" and is followed by 5 digits. For example: "P12345"

NOTE: If email is selected, you will only receive your bills electronically through encrypted email. You will not receive a paper bill.

The email will come from: "AdminPlus Stmt Emails" and the subject will read: "forceencryption: The Alumni Insurance Program."

EasyPay Form

You may set up automatic premium payments using the EasyPay plan to make sure your insurance protection remains in effect. It's convenient, safe and simple!

  • The payment amount will be deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit card on the date your premium is due.
  • The charge will show up on your statement.
  • If a premium amount should change, we’ll notify you in advance.
